    Second LE12 beta adds a Podman addon

    A beta dominated by package updates — Mesa 24.0.3, Linux 6.6.22, Kodi 21.0rc2 — with a Podman addon as the one genuinely new capability for users wanting containers on the appliance. Typical of how this distribution accumulates features, by packaging rather than building.
