SocketLabs vs Zoho Mail

Zoho keeps widening what the mailbox contains rather than improving mail itself. The direction is a single console covering both what staff send and what applications send, with the enterprise controls (rules, journaling, admin reporting) as the procurement argument.

Expect the two mail paths to converge in tooling — shared domain and deliverability configuration, unified reporting across human and transactional sending. The free credits read as a conversion mechanism, though the entries say nothing about pricing once they run out.
