Jellyfin
Jellyfin drops the 10. prefix and puts 12.0 through a three-candidate preview.

Near-daily alphas grinding toward parity between desktop and every mobile OS
SiYuan tags alphas almost daily — six v3.7.4 alphas in nine days following the v3.7.3 stable on July 21. The notes are cumulative, so each alpha restates the previous list and appends what landed since, which makes the train look larger than it is. Individual entries are long lists of small enhancements rather than headline features.
PhotoPrism swapped in an ONNX vision pipeline, then opened the library to 360° media at 16K.
Two substantial releases in ten weeks moved the product on both axes it cares about. May replaced the legacy Pigo face detector entirely with an ONNX-based pipeline, made vision.yml accept model identifiers from Hugging Face, Ollama and OpenAI-compatible catalogs, and modernised media handling with Vulkan transcoding, a native HEIC/AVIF reader and layered TIFF and PSD support. July added interactive equirectangular 360° photos and video, raised the thumbnail and video ceiling to 16K, and put an inline multi-page PDF viewer in the app.

Two threads dominate. The first is mobile and multi-OS parity: audio recording on Android and HarmonyOS, S Pen hover for block popovers on Android tablets, batch image insertion in the HarmonyOS editor, back-action dialog ordering, custom font import on mobile, and RPM packaging that coexists with other Electron apps. Treating HarmonyOS as a first-class target alongside Android and iOS is unusual for a note-taking tool this size. The second is the database feature set maturing into a structured-data layer — column alignment, relation backlinks in the attribute panel, item templates, and deep links to individual database items.
A v3.7.4 stable should follow within weeks given v3.7.3 shipped after three betas in as many days. Expect the database and HarmonyOS threads to keep accumulating small enhancements rather than a single large feature.

The AI work has moved from bundled TensorFlow models to a pluggable pipeline where the model catalog is configuration, not a build artifact — Ollama, OpenAI and Hugging Face identifiers all resolve through the same file. In parallel the media layer keeps absorbing formats other libraries push out to external tools: PSD, layered TIFF, PDF, and now 360°. PhotoPrism is positioning as the thing you point at a mixed archive, not just a photo folder.
Expect the format expansion to continue and the vision configuration to keep broadening its provider surface, with the accessibility section added in July likely to grow into a fuller pass.
