Sleeknote builds on-site campaigns for e-commerce marketers — popups, teasers, and a family of gamified formats — and the visible history is steady builder work: a Rule.io connection with field mapping, teaser persistence rules, gradient styling, a winner-picking tool. In August it shipped Sidenote, a chat agent inside the dashboard that answers questions about campaign performance from the account's own data. That is the first AI surface anywhere in the twenty entries on record, and it arrived in beta. The same feed carries webinar and inspiration-page promotion alongside the product notes, so the posting rate runs well ahead of the shipping rate.

Shipped changes land roughly monthly and each one removes a manual limit for a campaign operator rather than deepening the platform. Sidenote points the work at a different layer: instead of adding another campaign format, Sleeknote has started interpreting the results of the formats customers already run. The gamification arc — wheels, scratch cards, quizzes, and now lesson-based rewards — gives that agent a widening set of campaign types to reason about, and the seasonal content push suggests the holiday quarter is where the company expects both to be tested.

The clearest next move is Sidenote leaving beta with more prescriptive output — suggested campaign changes rather than answers to questions — timed to the November-December season the webinar and Seasonal Calendar page are both preparing for. Whether the agent eventually gets write access to campaigns or stays advisory is not something these entries settle.
