Lightdash gives its AI agents reusable, parameterized skills
Lightdash is shipping on three tracks at once: AI agents (findings pushed to Linear and Jira, and now reusable skills invoked with a slash command), extensibility (AI-described custom chart types, nested BigQuery/Databricks columns, native YAML without dbt), and governance (verified-content review queues, dashboard owners, duplicate detection). Smaller quality-of-life work fills the gaps, such as dashboard comment panels and warehouse connection tests.
Snowplow's tracked releases are loader and tracker version bumps with no notes.
The tracked Snowplow entries are component tags from mid-June: the Snowflake loader 0.6.0 and 0.6.1, JavaScript tracker 4.8.2 and the Google Cloud Storage loader 0.5.7. The release feed carries only the tag names, so what changed in each is not visible.

The AI agent is turning from a question-answering feature into something teams configure and operate. Skills make agent behavior repeatable, the issue-tracker export makes its output actionable, and the governance work gives teams a way to decide which content the agent and its users should trust. The extensibility work loosens Lightdash's dependence on dbt and fixed chart libraries.
Expect skills to connect with existing scheduler and delivery features so a procedure can run on a schedule and post its result. The entries show both pieces but not yet the link between them.

Snowplow releases its pipeline as separately versioned components, and the feed reflects that as a series of loader and tracker bumps. With no notes and no entries since June, the entries can't show a product direction.
The entries are too sparse to support a prediction; it's unclear whether the feed has gone quiet or releases moved elsewhere.
