This is a small binding released a couple of times a year with one-line changelogs. The defining sequence is ASIO: 0.5.0 removed ASIO support from the bundled Windows DLLs, and 0.5.1 restored it by shipping both variants and letting users select the ASIO build through an SD_ENABLE_ASIO environment variable.
