What is Indent?

Indent is turning a chat assistant into a multi-model agent that works inside your other tools.

Indent's entries describe an AI workspace that sits across chat, code review and automations. It offers several frontier models (Claude Opus 5.5, now the default for new organizations and Pro PR reviews, and GPT-6 Astra), lets users switch models within a family mid-conversation, and has given integrations their own marketplace with personal versus organization connection status. A shared web interface now ships UI updates to desktop without new desktop releases.

What is Redocly?

Redocly patches its whole product line two days after the MCP release.

Redocly shipped a coordinated 0.138.0 release on October 12 with project-specific MCP tools, WebMCP support and a submit-feedback MCP tool. On October 14 it followed with 0.138.1 patches across Realm, Revel, Reef, Redoc, the theme packages and Replay, fixing page content jumping on long pages, broken sign-in to the authenticated Docs MCP server, and CVE-2026-93687 via removal of the braces dependency. A config release added an asyncapi key to the configuration schema.

Indent is turning a chat assistant into a multi-model agent that works inside your other tools.

◆ Current state

Indent's entries describe an AI workspace that sits across chat, code review and automations. It offers several frontier models (Claude Opus 5.5, now the default for new organizations and Pro PR reviews, and GPT-6 Astra), lets users switch models within a family mid-conversation, and has given integrations their own marketplace with personal versus organization connection status. A shared web interface now ships UI updates to desktop without new desktop releases.

◆ Where it's heading

The pattern is reach: Linear issues can be delegated to Indent, automations run on cron schedules rather than only watching Slack, and the integrations catalog is now a browsable surface. Model choice is treated as a setting rather than an identity, which keeps Indent positioned as the orchestration layer rather than tied to one lab.

◆ Prediction

Expect more integrations surfaced through the new marketplace and further automation triggers; new frontier models will likely keep appearing in the picker soon after release, as Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra did.

Redocly patches its whole product line two days after the MCP release.

◆ Current state

Redocly shipped a coordinated 0.138.0 release on October 12 with project-specific MCP tools, WebMCP support and a submit-feedback MCP tool. On October 14 it followed with 0.138.1 patches across Realm, Revel, Reef, Redoc, the theme packages and Replay, fixing page content jumping on long pages, broken sign-in to the authenticated Docs MCP server, and CVE-2026-93687 via removal of the braces dependency. A config release added an asyncapi key to the configuration schema.

◆ Where it's heading

The cadence stays the same: a feature burst across every edition, then fix releases within days. The authenticated MCP sign-in fix shows agent-facing docs access is now treated as production surface, while the asyncapi config key continues the AsyncAPI work alongside OpenAPI.

◆ Prediction

Expect more patch releases on the 0.138 line, then further MCP surface. The asyncapi config key suggests AsyncAPI features in the portal are coming.
