What is GovTribe?

Federal contracting intel platform widening into State & Local data and consolidating AI features under one brand.

GovTribe has spent the second half of 2025 systematically expanding State & Local coverage to match Federal — IDVs, Contract Vehicles, Similar tabs, AI Summaries, and the AI Analyst all now apply to S&L data, not just federal opportunities and awards. AI features have been unified: AI Insights and The Analyst collapsed into 'GovTribe AI', a single hub with personalization (memories), faster response times, and clarification checks. The OnFrontiers partnership embeds 17,000+ vetted SMEs directly into the pursuit workflow.

What is OpenCTI?

OpenCTI is rebuilding its connector layer into a marketplace and wiring the platform to XTM Hub

OpenCTI ships on a roughly weekly date-stamped cadence, and the last six releases divide cleanly: the connector catalog was redesigned into a faceted marketplace, then the surrounding integrations experience was reworked around it, then the platform gained two-way connection with Filigran's XTM Hub. Alongside that, saved searches and saved filters became shareable and reusable across dashboards. The most recent releases are weighted toward fixes rather than new surface.

Federal contracting intel platform widening into State & Local data and consolidating AI features under one brand.

◆ Current state

GovTribe has spent the second half of 2025 systematically expanding State & Local coverage to match Federal — IDVs, Contract Vehicles, Similar tabs, AI Summaries, and the AI Analyst all now apply to S&L data, not just federal opportunities and awards. AI features have been unified: AI Insights and The Analyst collapsed into 'GovTribe AI', a single hub with personalization (memories), faster response times, and clarification checks. The OnFrontiers partnership embeds 17,000+ vetted SMEs directly into the pursuit workflow.

◆ Where it's heading

The arc is clear: GovTribe is moving from a federal-contracting data product to a full-stack govcon pursuit platform. The State & Local buildout closes a long-running coverage gap while the AI consolidation suggests product clarity is now valued over feature surface area. The OnFrontiers integration hints at a deeper play — turning GovTribe into the place where pursuits start AND get staffed, not just researched.

◆ Prediction

Expect more S&L parity (forecasts, vendor profiles), continued AI persona/memory depth, and likely additional partnerships layering services (legal, capture, proposal writing) onto the pursuit workflow now that OnFrontiers has set the template. The 'similar' framework feels primed to power more recommendation-driven discovery.

OpenCTI is rebuilding its connector layer into a marketplace and wiring the platform to XTM Hub

◆ Current state

OpenCTI ships on a roughly weekly date-stamped cadence, and the last six releases divide cleanly: the connector catalog was redesigned into a faceted marketplace, then the surrounding integrations experience was reworked around it, then the platform gained two-way connection with Filigran's XTM Hub. Alongside that, saved searches and saved filters became shareable and reusable across dashboards. The most recent releases are weighted toward fixes rather than new surface.

◆ Where it's heading

The centre of gravity is moving from OpenCTI as a self-contained platform to OpenCTI as a client of Filigran's wider ecosystem — connectors sourced from a catalog with support tiers, custom views deployed from XTM Hub, an MCP server exposed through XTM One. The workflow engine is maturing in parallel, picking up draft approval, transition restrictions and full reset. Telemetry coverage expanded significantly in the same period, which is what makes the catalog's adoption measurable.

◆ Prediction

Expect more of the platform's configuration surface — dashboards, playbooks, mappers — to become distributable through XTM Hub the way custom views and connectors already are. The workflow approval features suggest governance controls are the next area to fill in.
