Podia lets creators switch off event reminders, its fifth store basic in three weeks
A side-by-side editorial comparison of Easygenerator and Google Classroom — release velocity, themes, recent moves, and the top alternatives to consider.
Easygenerator ships an AI co-author that builds entire courses through conversation.
Easygenerator has launched EasyAI Agent, a built-in AI co-author that generates and refines courses through conversational interaction rather than manual editing. Surrounding releases—AI-assisted roleplay creation, question-level SCORM reporting, SCIM 2.0 identity provider support, and bulk user management—show a product systematically raising its capability floor across authoring, administration, and analytics.
Classroom now lets teachers assign a Gemini tutor that withholds the answer.
Google Classroom's notes remain a Gemini rollout, now moving from teacher tools into assigned student AI sessions. The newest entry lets teachers attach Guided Learning, Gemini's step-by-step mode that gives hints rather than answers, to any assignment, grounded in sources they pick from the class, with visibility into student progress. It follows October's Gemini Notebook insight summaries for teachers and August's opening of Gemini to students of all ages.

EasyAI Agent repositions Easygenerator from authoring editor to course-generation platform. Combined with EasyCoach Assistant for roleplay creation and collaborative review workflows, the product is building an AI-mediated authoring loop: AI generates, humans review, AI refines. The SCIM 2.0 and bulk user management additions target enterprise IT requirements, indicating a deliberate upmarket push alongside the AI authoring capabilities.
The next integration point is the review-AI loop: AI-generated drafts reviewed by collaborators, with revision requests fed back to the AI agent in a single workflow. The current gap between AI generation and human review modes is the obvious seam to close.

The pattern is that Gemini modes become assignable Classroom objects with teacher oversight attached: first Notebooks, now Guided Learning. Each step pairs student-facing AI with a reporting or control surface for teachers and admins. Classroom is turning into the place where school AI use is assigned, scoped and monitored.
Expect Guided Learning to gain the same teacher insight summaries Notebooks got in October, and admin controls over which Gemini modes students can be assigned.
