Document360 adds citations to Eddy AI answers and folds SAML, OIDC and JWT into one SSO setup.
Document360 ships a numbered release roughly every week or two. 12.10.1 unifies SAML, OpenID Connect and JWT under one Enterprise SSO flow, lets admins mirror articles in bulk, adds numbered citations to Eddy AI chatbot answers, and allows exporting a single page category to PDF. Recent releases added MCP search tools, article archiving and Eddy AI analytics.
Twake Drive is turning its file picker into a reusable component other apps can embed.
Twake Drive ships beta releases every few weeks. Most of the work goes into the embeddable File Picker: single-selection mode, thumbnail links, themes, double-click pick and ready-state messages. Alongside it come reusable file-type and date filters and federated-sharing fixes. It has also been cutting features, removing encrypted-file support and the Harvest integration.

The work splits between making the knowledge base readable by AI (MCP tools, llms.txt, LLM-structured guides) and making Eddy AI's answers trustworthy and measurable (analytics on unanswered queries, ticket escalation, now citations). Enterprise administration, through API v3 scopes and now unified SSO, runs alongside both.
Expect further Eddy AI transparency and control features in the next releases, building on citations and analytics. The entries don't show whether the MCP server and Eddy AI will be linked directly.

The focus is making Drive a file layer other apps call through the picker, while simplifying the core by removing lesser-used features. Patch betas like 1.107.1 fix layout details.
Expect 1.107 to stabilize and further picker and filter work in 1.108; more feature removals are plausible given the recent pattern.
