The heavy evaluation content is consistent with a company selling trust as the differentiator, and voice raises exactly the failure modes that content is about.

Expect the escalation and citation machinery described in the marketing content to be retrofitted for voice, since a caller cannot inspect a source link the way a chat user can. Whether voice is priced separately from the existing bots is not visible in these entries.
