The recent turn toward backup, soft delete, and content recovery is what a platform builds once customers have enough inside it that losing something matters. PAN verification points at an Indian market where tax compliance is a purchase requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Expect the recovery work to keep extending — a trashcan and backups usually precede versioning or restore-to-point for lesson content. The AI tools are narrow enough today that where they go next is not visible from these entries.
