Browser Use is a cloud platform for browser-driving agents, and the August 23 release is a consolidation week following two consecutive directional ones. Opening a V4 session now takes a single request instead of several, shared transcripts stream in pages rather than blocking on large ones, and a session tab left in the background recovers instead of staying stuck. The one item with money attached is a billing correction: BYOK cache reads had been priced at the full input rate rather than the discounted cache rate, so bringing your own key now costs what the managed path costs. What is NSD?

NSD patched 8 CVEs across two dedicated security releases and added EDNS0 padding and PROXYv2 access controls.

NSD released three significant versions in quick succession: 4.15.1 fixed four CVEs including a TCP-window-throttle DoS, a UDP cookie-option DoS, an IP ACL bypass for some address ranges, and a PROXYv2 port ACL bypass. 4.15.2 followed with feature additions — HHIT/BRID RR type support, new SVCB service parameter keys (docpath, pvd, oots), EDNS0 padding over TLS per RFC 7830/8467, and configurable PROXYv2 access control — alongside another substantial round of hardening fixes, many reported by Palo Alto Networks. The 4.15.0 release introduced a breaking change to Prometheus metrics, moving zone names from metric labels to label values.

The BYOK correction carries more weight than a bug fix because price parity between the managed and bring-your-own paths is the assumption the new metering rests on.

The weekly Sunday cadence and the model-picker churn - bu-2-0-mini-preview added, MiniMax M3 removed - point toward continued consolidation around its own model lineup. Whether the next release returns to new capability or keeps hardening the V4 surface is not something these entries settle.
