Auth0 is building identity for agents before the rest of the category admits it needs one.
Auth0's recent weeks are dominated by one idea: agents need their own identity, not a borrowed one. Agents as Principal gives each agent its own identifier, credentials, and audit trail; Token Vault Privileged Worker drops the assumption that a human is signed in when an agent needs a third-party token. Around that core the B2B line keeps filling unglamorous gaps — org-scoped roles, Enterprise Connect federation, curated blocklists — and the console itself is getting attention with entity search in the command palette.

The LiveObjects work runs on a slower track and points the same way: path-based subscriptions that survive structural change are aimed at the fast-mutating state agents and collaborative apps produce.
