What is Antrea?

Kubernetes CNI maintaining four release branches at once, mostly to carry CVE fixes back.

Antrea is an OVS-based Kubernetes CNI, and its release pattern is three or four live branches receiving the same fixes in parallel — v2.4.5, v2.5.1, v2.5.2, and the v2.6.x line all appear in this window, with identical entries for IPv6-over-IPv4 IPsec and CNI plugin CVE updates backported across them. The one feature release, v2.6.0, extended encryption coverage so Traceflow and Egress work with WireGuard enabled, added IPv6 and dual-stack NodePortLocal, and introduced FlowExporterDestination CRDs.

What is GravityKit?

GravityKit is quietly turning Gravity Forms entries into a cross-form data layer.

Multiple Forms 0.7.0 adds unions — stacking entries from several Gravity Forms forms into one searchable View with no shared field and no code. It arrives alongside rich text inline editing in GravityEdit and GravityView 3.3.0, which carries compatibility fixes for Gravity Forms 3.0 and WordPress 7.0. The weekly Launch Log cadence is steady and covers the whole suite at once: View editor drag-to-copy, accessibility work including screen reader row headers, 3D map viewport loading, DataTables search and security, and Block MCP theme template editing.

Kubernetes CNI maintaining four release branches at once, mostly to carry CVE fixes back.

◆ Current state

◆ Where it's heading

Two arcs run in parallel. The feature arc is closing gaps where Antrea's own capabilities did not compose — encryption plus Egress, encryption plus Traceflow, dual-stack plus NodePortLocal were each combinations that previously did not work together. The maintenance arc is dependency hygiene: forking unmaintained libraries under the Antrea org, dropping abandoned dependencies outright, and tracking Kubernetes releases.

◆ Prediction

Expect the composability work to continue closing feature-interaction gaps, and the backport discipline to keep every supported branch receiving CVE updates within days of each other.

GravityKit is quietly turning Gravity Forms entries into a cross-form data layer.

◆ Current state

Multiple Forms 0.7.0 adds unions — stacking entries from several Gravity Forms forms into one searchable View with no shared field and no code. It arrives alongside rich text inline editing in GravityEdit and GravityView 3.3.0, which carries compatibility fixes for Gravity Forms 3.0 and WordPress 7.0. The weekly Launch Log cadence is steady and covers the whole suite at once: View editor drag-to-copy, accessibility work including screen reader row headers, 3D map viewport loading, DataTables search and security, and Block MCP theme template editing.

◆ Where it's heading

Two lines are converging. The first treats form entries as a queryable dataset rather than per-form submissions — GravitySearch's cross-form search, and now unions, both dissolve the boundary between individual forms. The second is an agent surface: GravityKit MCP and Block MCP keep receiving updates, and GravityView 3.0 shipped AI-assisted View creation. A large share of recent releases is also absorbed by keeping the suite compatible with Gravity Forms 3.0 and WordPress 7.0, which sets the pace of everything else.

◆ Prediction

Expect unions to move from the Multiple Forms add-on toward the core View building experience, following the same path cross-form search took. Continued Gravity Forms 3.0 and WordPress 7.0 compatibility fixes will likely dominate the next few Launch Logs.
