Zabbix opens the 8.0 cycle with a first release candidate, notes still blank.

◆Current state
Zabbix maintains two parallel stable lines, 7.0 and 7.4, with release candidates landing on the same day each month. On October 1 the first 8.0 release candidate appeared. Every tag in the feed carries only a boilerplate release line, so what changes in 8.0 is not visible here.
◆Where it's heading
The paired monthly cadence for 7.0 and 7.4 looks steady and should continue while 8.0 moves through its candidates. A new major line usually means the oldest maintained branch gets closer to end of support, but the entries don't say which.
