Event management and calendar plugin for WordPress

Events can finally ask attendees a question at the moment they sign up.

Current state
Registration Forms arrive as a tab on the event itself: a small builder with five field types — short text, long text, multiple choice, checkboxes and dropdown — each markable as required, asked at ticket checkout or on the RSVP form, with the answer landing on the attendee's record beside their name and ticket. The post is explicit that this collapses two separate requests, custom fields on checkout and custom fields on RSVP, into one feature. It follows a run of releases that added attendee email, Elementor page design, per-event ticket pricing and Zoom links.
Where it's heading
Every release this quarter has removed one thing an organiser previously did outside the plugin — the follow-up email, the page builder, the pricing spreadsheet, the Zoom link, and now the post-signup questionnaire and the spreadsheet of answers that went stale on the first cancellation. The pattern is consistent enough to read as a deliberate sweep of the manual work around an event rather than a feature roadmap. Each arrives as a how-to titled post rather than a release note.
Prediction
Answers now sit on the attendee record, so the next obvious step is doing something with them in bulk — filtering or exporting attendees by response, or segmenting the follow-up email by answer. The post stops at collection.

Collect the Details Your Event Needs From Every Attendee

Custom registration questions arrive on both ticket checkout and RSVP, built per event with five field types and required flags, answers attached to the attendee record. Real and useful, but the fourth release in a row extending the same event-management arc rather than opening a new one.

Email Everyone Who Signed Up for Your Event

Emailing everyone who signed up moved inside the plugin. The same instinct as registration forms — the follow-up that previously happened in another tool.

Design Your Event Pages in Elementor

Event pages become designable in Elementor, removing the layout compromise for sites already built on it.

Set Different Ticket Prices for One Event

Multiple ticket prices for a single event — early bird, tiers, member rates — replacing the workaround of duplicate events.

Add a Zoom Meeting to Any Event Without the Link-Juggling

Zoom meetings attach to an event directly instead of an organiser pasting links per attendee. Another manual step absorbed.

Sugar Calendar 3.7: Event Management Just Got Easier – RSVPs, Tags, Speakers and More

The 3.7 release that introduced RSVPs, tags and speakers — the base every release since has built on. It sits a year back in the feed, which is how thin this changelog is historically.
