A person-centric view arrives in a product that until now only knew orders — browse every buyer, search by email or customer ID, and pull up a full history straight from a support email. Overdue rather than novel, but it removes the reconstruct-the-buyer-from-orders step that made support slow.

The new PayPal integration is live
PayPal is retiring the technology behind its Express and Standard integrations, so SendOwl rebuilt on the newer platform. Described as a major undertaking and framed entirely around continuity — a quarter of engineering that preserves existing capability rather than adding any, the usual shape of a payment-rail migration.

Plan limits, potential overages and current usage move onto the homepage, with a cleaner 30-day income summary and clearer marking of new orders and pending actions. Part of the billing-transparency line that also surfaced live bandwidth usage.
