◆Current state
Sendcloud's window splits cleanly in two. One half is steady carrier and route accretion — DPD France ZPL labels, Colissimo France Eco, GLS cash-on-delivery across Austria, France and Germany, PostNord returns across the Nordics, delivery notes for Geodis and DPD France. The other half is configuration tooling: the tracking page became a set of switchable modules rather than fixed themes, and Checkout can now pull transactional rates automatically into a price table instead of leaving merchants to look them up per country and weight bracket.
◆Where it's heading
The carrier work is the business and will not stop, but the more telling movement is Sendcloud absorbing setup labour that used to sit with the merchant. Rate fetching, most-popular-option defaults, and modular tracking pages all reduce the number of decisions required to publish a working configuration. Return rules are moving the same way, collapsing per-country and per-reason duplicates into single rules.
◆Prediction
Expect the automatic rate fetch to extend to the service point methods it currently excludes, and further consolidation of rule configuration across markets. Carrier and route additions will continue at their present cadence.

    Customize your tracking page with switchable modules

    The tracking page becomes a set of individually styled modules with live preview, replacing fixed layouts, and a new Actions module links out to the return portal, the carrier's own tracking page and merchant support. It shifts the tracking page from a theme choice to a composition.

    Fetch carrier rates automatically in your Checkout configuration

    Checkout can fetch Sendcloud transactional rates for every weight bracket on a shipping method and country pair and fill the price table directly, with re-fetching when prices move. It removes the manual rate lookup that made publishing an accurate Checkout config tedious.
