Business proposal creation and tracking software for agencies and freelancers

Prospero is turning proposals from documents into instrumented, reusable assets.

Current state
Prospero builds and sends business proposals, with templates, a content library, e-signature and CRM connections around them. The releases over the past nine months form a steady, unhurried cadence of practical additions: catalogs and saved deliverables for reusing priced line items, content locking to protect approved sections, bulk actions across proposals, form builder fields, HubSpot and Make.com integrations, and now page-by-page analytics on how prospects read a proposal.
Where it's heading
Two consistent threads. The first treats proposal content as a reusable asset rather than a document — catalogs, saved deliverables, locked sections and templates all reduce how much of each proposal is written from scratch. The second instruments what happens after the proposal is sent, moving from delivery and signature toward telling a salesperson which pages held attention and which were skipped. The AI writing assistant sits alongside both without yet being connected to either.
Prediction
Engagement data is now captured per page but presented for a human to read; the natural next step is acting on it — alerting when a prospect revisits pricing, or feeding the analytics back into template suggestions.

    Page-by-Page Proposal Analytics

Per-page analytics showing how long prospects spend on each page, how often they return and where they engage most. It extends Prospero's tracking from whether a proposal was opened to how it was read, which is the more useful signal for a follow-up call.

    Table of Contents Improvement

Section headlines can be hidden from the table of contents, or the section hidden from the proposal entirely. Small structural control, useful mainly to teams building long proposals from shared templates.

Make Integration - Choose Template When Importing

Imports through Make.com can now target a specific template, with sections auto-organised to match and reorderable afterwards. It makes the automation path produce proposals that look like the ones a team builds by hand.

    Bulk Actions

Multi-select on proposals with approve, decline, tag and delete applied across the selection. Administrative throughput work that matters once an account has enough proposals for the list itself to be the bottleneck.

    Content Locking is Live

Individual sections or whole proposals can be locked against edits, with only the owner or an admin able to unlock. A governance control aimed at approved pricing and finalised content, and a sign the product is being used by teams rather than individuals.

AI Writing Assistant Now Supports All Languages

The AI writing assistant extends to all languages for drafting and refining proposal content. Wider reach for a capability that already existed rather than a change in what it does.
