◆Where it's heading
The through-line is consistent and long-running: argue against date-driven timeline roadmaps and for confidence-based Now-Next-Later planning, which is the methodology ProdPad's tool encodes. The Microsoft post extends that same orchestration-over-features argument outward. This is category evangelism doing sales work, and it tells you the thesis without telling you what shipped.
