Shopify order tracking and post-purchase experience platform (now ParcelWILL)

Now shipping as ParcelWILL, the tracking page has quietly become a storefront and a review widget.

Current state
The product has rebranded from ParcelPanel to ParcelWILL, and the releases show why. The tracking page carries recommended products, discount codes, brand imagery, embedded video and TrustWILL star ratings, and every order it converts is tagged for attribution in Shopify. The logistics side keeps advancing in parallel — last-mile carrier visibility for postal shipments, dropshipping-safe map handling, and rule-based delay and stalled triggers scoped by carrier, location and destination. The newest entry is explicit housekeeping, led by a first pass at storefront accessibility.
Where it's heading
Two engines are running at once: a revenue surface built on post-purchase attention, and a logistics event system getting precise enough to drive automations. The rules work is the more technical of the two — non-overlapping conditions, escalating thresholds, stable rule IDs that survive edits — and it reads as infrastructure for merchants wiring ParcelWILL into tooling downstream. The pause for accessibility and Shopify-standards widget rebuilds suggests the feature push has outrun its foundations.
Prediction
Expect the accessibility work to continue through the older parts of the page the release calls out, with the next feature likely extending attribution or reviews rather than adding another tracking-page surface.

    🔧 Storefront Accessibility & a Round of Behind-the-Scenes Work

A self-described housekeeping release whose one called-out item is a first pass at storefront accessibility on the tracking page, alongside App embed and App block widgets rebuilt to current Shopify standards, support for the new customer accounts layout, and a billing URL move. After a year of turning the tracking page into a conversion surface, this is the maintenance bill on it — and accessibility on a page customers revisit repeatedly is the part that actually reaches buyers.

🎯 Integration Events, Upgraded: Rule-Based Delay & Stalled Triggers

Shipment transit delay and stalled events become rule-based, scoped by carrier, location, destination and sub-status, with non-overlapping rules, multiple escalating thresholds per rule, and a stable Rule ID carried in every event. The observation driving it is sound — three days at a pickup point and three days in customs are not the same problem — and the stable ID is what makes these events usable in downstream automation.

Last-Mile Carrier Visibility & Smarter Map Display for Dropshipping

Last-mile carrier information now surfaces for postal shipments where the destination country's network shares it, and Dropshipping mode automatically shows the shipping address instead of live location when a parcel is inside China. Both target the same thing from opposite directions: what the buyer sees on the tracking page, and what the merchant would rather they didn't.

🏷️ Automatic Order Tags for ParcelWILL-Attributed Orders

Orders attributed to ParcelWILL are tagged automatically in Shopify, under one umbrella tag plus path-specific tags naming the touchpoint that converted — tracking-page recommendations, notification recommendations, notification discounts. This is the measurement layer the revenue features needed; without it the post-purchase surface could not prove what it earned.

ParcelWILL × TrustWILL: Reviews Now Live on Your Tracking Page (Phase 2)

    ⚡ SPARK

Reviews arriving on the tracking page is the clearest step in the shift from logistics utility to post-purchase revenue surface, and it pairs directly with the attribution tagging that followed a week later. The tracking page now sells, proves and collects social proof in one view.

🎨 Two New Tracking Page Templates: Backdrop & Showcase

Two tracking page templates, Backdrop and Showcase, accept custom brand imagery and an embedded YouTube video, plus a System Notifications section controlling which operational emails go where. The templates are the point: they treat the tracking page as brand real estate rather than a status screen, which is the premise the reviews and recommendations build on.
