In order to improve reliability and performance, all Message Senders must now be used in combination with a Delivery Config.
Breaking model change: Message Senders must now reference a Delivery Config rather than carry URL/SharedKey directly, and the DeliveryConfig target was renamed for Mailchimp. API hygiene that forces integrators to migrate, but cleaner architecturally.
