◆Current state
My Hours alternates feature releases with fix-only patches on a roughly two-week rhythm. The 9.8.0 release added an Attendance report covering target versus actual hours, overtime, breaks and paid time off, put budget spent and remaining onto the dashboard and detailed reports, and linked invoices back to a pre-filtered report view.
◆Where it's heading
The product is thickening around reporting and billing rather than time capture itself, which is already solved. Recent releases consistently connect two existing surfaces — invoice to report, budget to dashboard — instead of adding standalone features.
◆Prediction
Expect attendance and budget data to converge into a single manager view, since both now exist as reports but are read separately.
