◆Current state
The releases build a single pipeline. Smart Draft consolidated AI drafting into one path that takes Jira tickets, Loom recordings, PRD files or raw prompts and returns a structured draft in a configured tone. The following release added templates, Confluence as a source, and an MCP server. Digests then gained scheduling, publishing controls gained per-admin precision, and the newest release adds CSV export for any dashboard chart. Secure Content extended page authentication to images, diagrams and attachments.
◆Where it's heading
Each release removes one step between a change existing somewhere and an announcement reaching subscribers: gathering source material, keeping tone consistent across authors, choosing channels, deciding cadence, controlling who can publish. Shipping an MCP server alongside Confluence integration says the intended input is increasingly an assistant with access to the team's systems rather than a person assembling context. The CSV export points the other way — toward proving the resulting communications worked.
◆Prediction
Expect the drafting path to keep absorbing sources and the MCP surface to widen, with more measurement features following the CSV export as customers start asking what their announcements actually achieved.
