Kubeflow's main repo is now a signpost: real releases live in seven subprojects.

◆Current state
The only entry is a redirect notice: the kubeflow/kubeflow repository no longer holds project code. Releases now come from separate repos for the SDK, Notebooks, Spark Operator, Trainer, Katib, Hub (model registry) and Pipelines, each on its own cycle.
◆Where it's heading
Kubeflow has become a federation of independently released components rather than one versioned platform. Tracking it from this repo will show nothing; the subproject repos are where change happens.
◆Prediction
This feed will likely stay quiet; meaningful signal requires tracking Pipelines, Trainer or the SDK directly.
