Kamailio is a mature open-source SIP server, and the only release on record here is v5.8.7, a maintenance drop on the 5.8 stable branch. It carries fixes since 5.8.6 with no database schema or configuration language changes, and upgrading is strongly recommended for 5.8.x deployments.

With a single maintenance entry, the visible pattern is conservative branch upkeep: fixes land without forcing operators to touch configs or schemas. The feed does not yet show new feature branches or capability shifts.
