◆Current state
Gifted runs gift voucher and event ticket sales for hospitality venues. Its latest release, In Room Delivery, lets hotels sell items like champagne or flowers for placement in a guest's room, shareable via a hidden link. That follows mandatory multi-factor authentication and individual logins, a Growth Score, reconciliation reports and bulk ticket redemption.
◆Where it's heading
Gifted is extending from vouchers into a broader ancillary-revenue checkout: Products earlier, Events, and now pre-arrival extras. Alongside, back-office and security work prepares operators for peak trading. The Growth Score nudges venues toward using these newer revenue lines.

Expect further Events improvements, which Gifted has said are coming, and more ways to attach Products to stays or bookings.
