Why ctx.db is changing, and what you should do about it
Starting in convex 1.31.0, db.get, db.patch, db.replace, and db.delete take the table name as the first argument, a safer and more extensible API. Existing code keeps working with an opt-in migration, so it is a meaningful but non-breaking developer-experience refinement.
