The start-timestamp rate extrapolation feature will graduate from experimental in 3.15 if community feedback is positive — it's the kind of correctness improvement that gets adoption quickly once users verify it against their own data. OTLP improvements are likely to continue as OTel adoption grows and label sanitization edge cases surface.
