The testing asks reveal what changed underneath: blocklisted serial ports and baud rates are migrated into a serial connector, testers are asked which connector they used when a printer lands in an error state, and rc1 raises Klipper and Moonraker printers directly. ESPEasy publishes rarely — five builds across two years — and each one accumulates hundreds of commits. The July 2026 mega build reworked how networking is handled and added support for Espressif's newer silicon: ESP32-P4, -C5 and C61.
