Kinde's September note added one-time charges to its billing, so customers can sell setup fees, add-ons or credits alongside plans. October moved SCIM directory sync down to every business plan. Earlier months brought passkeys, one-time email codes and Secure MCP, which lets customers ship an MCP server for their own product.

Copilot is moving from a per-seat add-on with a model picker to a default layer of GitHub itself. Routing replaces model choice, bundling replaces a second purchase decision, and Automations plus Agentic Workflows move agents from individual sessions into team-owned, triggered processes. The October 26 work on assisted permissions and cheaper agent models was the groundwork for this.
◆ Prediction
Expect Fusion routing to extend from cloud to local models (already in experimental preview) and admin controls over which models Fusion may route to; how the bundled Copilot is priced outside account-team deals is not yet clear from the entries.
