Gravity Forms 3.2 added a Repeater field and column layouts on October 20. Since then the team has shipped only point releases: add-on updates for HubSpot, Cloudflare Turnstile and Pipe, core 3.2.1, and now reCAPTCHA 2.2.3 and Partial Entries 1.8.3, none of which name a specific change.
