Chat now opens beside work, and default contact fields address the mapping that CRM sync and revenue rollups depend on.

Activity logs and snapshots add the accountability a roadmap discussion needs. Each change pulls Dovetail toward a shared system for product teams, away from a project-by-project research tool.

Sources leaving beta is the next visible milestone, given how much of the October work depends on connected data. Status flowing back from Jira or Linear remains absent from the entries.
