Databox is an analytics dashboard platform pulling from marketing, sales, and support tools. Axiom has made Metrics generally available, unifying them with logs and traces and exposing all three to AI agents via MCP and dedicated skills. Around that, it is building an AI-engineering product line: online evaluations against production traffic, eval-authoring and metrics skills, and a dashboards API.

Expect Genie to expand from Q&A into proactive insights (anomaly callouts, suggested explanations) and the AI tools integration to land formal MCP support if it hasn't already. The new API plus warehouse connectors set up enterprise data-team adoption that the SaaS-only connector library could not.
